- Withdrawal Within the First Week of the Course: Students who withdraw within the first week of a program may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the tuition fees, subject to approval.
- Program Cancellations by CECI UK: If CECI UK cancels a course or program for any reason, students will receive a full refund, including any fees paid.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After First Week of Course: No refunds will be issued for students who withdraw from a program after the first week, unless otherwise specified.
- Missed Sessions or Failure to Complete Program: If a student fails to attend or complete the course requirements, they will not be eligible for a refund.
- Digital Materials: Fees paid for downloadable or digital materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Refund Request: Contact our support team by emailing study@ceciuk.institute with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your full name, course details, reason for withdrawal, and any supporting documentation.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request and determine eligibility based on our policy criteria. You may be contacted for additional information if necessary.
- Refund Approval and Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [10–15 business days].
5. Course Transfers and Credits
In place of a refund, students may request to transfer to a future course session or receive credit toward another program. Course transfer requests are subject to space availability and are allowed only once per enrollment.
